Avocado Gazpacho




AVOCADO GAZPACHO


INGREDIENTS:

1 avocado

extra virgin olive oil

Apple cider vinegar

Half a cucumber

Small bell pepper

Glass of cold water

Pinch of salt.


PREPARATION:

Put the peeled cucumber, the green pepper, the chopped avocado with a little salt in a blender and then add a glass of cold water, the apple cider vinegar, and the extra virgin olive oil


Blend the mixture until very smooth


Serve it in a bowl and add a splash of extra virgin olive oil and enjoy
